We make every effort to display product images and colours accurately, however colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and printing variations.

Payments must be completed before an order is processed.

4. Order Processing

Orders are typically produced within 1–3 business days, depending on demand.

Production begins shortly after an order is placed. Because products are custom made, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

5. Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on destination.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, as delays may occur with postal services or customs.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because all products are custom personalised, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

• The item arrives damaged
• The item is defective
• The item does not match the order

If an issue occurs, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
