Thank you for shopping with Preactor Prints. Each product we sell is made to order, which means we carefully produce every item specifically for each customer.

Please review the shipping information below.

Order Processing Time

All of our products are custom 3D printed after the order is placed.

Production time is typically:

1–3 business days

During busy periods, production may take slightly longer.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location.

United Kingdom

Standard Delivery:
2–4 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• delivery location
• shipping method selected
• package weight and size

Occasionally we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24 hours to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, we are unable to redirect the package.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, shipping delays can occur due to factors outside of our control such as:

• postal service delays
• weather conditions
• customs processing
• peak holiday periods

Proactor Prints is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
